Welcome to Friends Arena("Service"), a tournament prediction game. By accessing or using the web or mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Non-Commercial Agreement: The Service is provided free of charge, with no commercial transactions, in-app purchases, or advertisement banners. It is an individual, educational, and fun hobby project developed by Mark Gozner in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

2. Eligibility & Invite-Only Gating

Friends Arena is an invite-only platform. Accounts can only be created via unique registration invitation links generated by the admin.

You agree to provide accurate email details and maintain the security of your password. Sharing accounts or creating multiple profiles to manipulate rankings is strictly forbidden.

3. Fair Play & User Conduct

As a user of the Service, you agree to maintain a respectful and competitive environment:

  • Do not post illegal, offensive, harassing, or commercial spam messages on the smack-talk wall (banter board).
  • Do not exploit bugs or try to manipulate the live scoring, quiz, or fantasy calculation engines.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules or degrade the fun for other players.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the continuous availability, speed, or accuracy of football data, live feeds, or push notification delivery.

The operator is not responsible for any lost predictions, data loss, delayed push notifications, or suspension of service due to server downtime or API changes from third-party sports providers.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Affiliations

Friends Arena is an **independent fan project** and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FIFA, UEFA, any national football federations, or specific football clubs. All team logos, player names, and tournament fixtures are used for descriptive and non-commercial game purposes under fair use.

6. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
